My daughter applied for BSTC General for the year 2011 and her Roll Number was 840164. I have deposited Rs.2000 for registration fee for counseling through ICICI Challan number 763072 dated 20.07.2011. She has not allotted BSTC College Pilani. As per rule now me waiting for long time for receive money Rs.2000 back from BSTC Government College, Ajmer (Rajasthan) but I have not yet received the money (cheque) till date 28/02.
When I dial BSTC Government College, Ajmer number 0145-2611946 and talk to BSTC Government College, Ajmer office personnel about it then they don't like tell his/her name and sometime without say anything put the telephone receiver on table for hear their internal discuss and after few minutes disconnect the call. This is the manner of BSTC Govt. College, Ajmer (Rajasthan) Office personnel that show how they behave when receive telephone calls and how much dedicated for their duty. As a proof I have recorded telephone calls with them.
Almost parents try for provide higher/technical education to their kids and if require borrow money on interest from others for fair & pay their fee and at the time receive money back all of this happened, but why and what is their mistake and how long it will be continue?
I have borrowed money from someone for pay my daughter’s counseling fee and paying interest on this amount @ 24% p.a. If this is way of work, responsibility and duty of BSTC Government College, Ajmer (Rajasthan) office personnel then I don’t want ask again to my daughter for apply again for this course. Is it the right way of work of Government employee? Is it the real condition of BALIKA SHIKSHA.
Everyday I am sending emails with soft copy of challan to:
1. Coordinator BSTC Government College, Ajmer:

2. District Collector of Ajmer:

3. CM of Rajasthan:
[email protected], [email protected]
but no response from any side till date 28.02.2012 and me paying interest on this amount. If they have right for reject the form if receive late then why not like behave decently? why not like tell their name? If they have given two email address then why not like check emails and consider counseling fee refund request? Why they have removed CONTACT US link on their website? How long I will wait for receive this money from BSTC Government College, Ajmer (Rajasthan)?
