B.Tech Degree of Yr 2006
B.Tech degree not received

I am Samar Rehman, passout of B.Tech Electronics Engg. from Azad Inst. of Engg and Tech.(affliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University) in yr. 2006. I haven't received my degree yet. My other batch mates have received degree way back in year 2007.

I met with UPTU Examination Controller in Lucknow head office and he assured me that I'll get my degree within a month. But no result.

I have applied through an application to VC, Registrar, and Controller of Exam several times but there was no reply from any of them.

I even filled an RTI application and forwarded it to controller of Exam, but all in vain.

Can any one help me in this regard? Thanks in advance.
