I enrolled for professional in mechanical CADD at Jabalpur branch of CADD CENTER in July and paid 35000/-. Completed the course in April but yet to receive my certificate. The center incharge Rahul Mishra manages another center at Kanpur and does not pick up his mobile. Please Help
