My atm card has been blocked

Today i m trying to withdraw the some of amt nd i m using the atm card first time the atm machine telling to re-enter the new pin and i dont know wat to do so i tried to withdraw the amt again recipt came but cash not came and the machine has taken my card inside and get blocked so kindly plz look in to this matte
