I was charged Rs 12000 at time of admissions for GRE classes, tests and Counselling.
I was told that the faculty is very experienced in Test Preparations. I attended 4 Verbal sessions with Ms. Dorothy, and she was not aware of GRE syllabus, and we could only do Reading Comprehension practice from Tata Mc Graw HIll GRE book.
The math faculty was very amateur and could not solve any question without the book
At the time of admission i was told that i would be provided with atleast 20 Mock Tests from various sources like Princeton, Barron's, PowerPrep and Kaplan's etc.
I contacted Andheri Branch office in first week of April, and they said that they donot have any online test.
Instead i was given a Photostat copy of Tata Mc Graw Hill from which i have already done practice with Ms. Dorothy.
I contacted Powai branch for assistance, and i was told to contact Student Service. I mailed them on 9th April but i did not get any reply.
I had to personally go and visit Powai Branch office and i was told i will be provided online mock test.
I was given the following reply on 30th April
"Dear Harjinder,
Please give your mocktest on 30th April at 4PM. If u done with your mocktest please give us EMAIL.
This is our online India portal link to GRE mock test.

They claim that this is "YOUR" website, and also i could not find any Mock Tests on this site, except individual topic sample questions, which i did not want at that time.
If i had to google and give this sample tests which are not reliable, i would have not joined climbfirst.
I had to make a second visit to the Powai Center, and i was assured by Mr. Rohan that the matter will be looked into, but still after a week of calling several times to Student Center and Mr. Rohan, i have not received a single Mock test till date on 5th May. And i have my GRE on 9th May.
I have also posted a query for a counseling session at Student center and mailed them on January 24, but i didn't get a reply even after sending them a reminder mail on Januray 29th.
I again visited the Powai center and after requesting them several times, i was finally replied back on 26th March with a link containing all the universities.
Again, no assistance was provided in selection of universities according to my Score, and my preferences. PROVIDING A GOOGLE LINK is not a service. I had already gone through that link and many others before.
I had to myself look into all the universities which had Spring Admission and shortlist the universities after seeing all the university profiles and deadlines myself.
I replied them back after selecting some universities and asking for feedback on selection and further assistance on the same day Mar 26, but i did not get any reply back.
I had already appeared for GRE and i got 1320, and this time i expected i can practice a lot and get much better score.
I feel very cheated by their promises and services.
