Ediffmail account not opening: pw changed

Hi,

I need urgent help with me rediffmail email account login. My password seems to have gotten locked due to putting in the wrong password a couple of times. And also I can not remember the answer's to the security questions. and after many attempt saying that "Number of attempts for retrieving the password is exhausted".

Can you please help me unlock my account and send me a new password?

I really need to retrive my account as all my university emails come there.
