Convocation Certificate not rceived

I had appeared for my TYBCOM exams in March because of the mistake of teacher my project marks were not submitted to the university and my result appeared as failed later the college got a rectified result in the month of august 09 but now i've not yet received my convocation certificate and i need it urgently for my mba admissions can anybody pls help me out
