Hi,
I am Rajiv Paul Singh from INDIA and I got your mail ID when I searched for 'consumer courts' in google.com, my brother had got admission in Cork International College, Cork and we had submitted 5000 EUR on 19/08 in the college.
But his VISA got rejected and college had to pay us 4900 EUR as refund amount within 1 month of claiming as mentioned in the offer letter.
We claimed the payment on 9/11 but its more than 5 months now, they have not paid and provided us a receipt of the payment on 05/04.
I had a verbal communication with the related bank (AIB) and got to know that no transaction has been made and the receipt given by college might be fake.
Now when I am trying to contact college, they are not responding at all. I am also calling them for atleast 10-15 times a day but its going to voice mail.
4900 EUR may not be big amount for college but its very very huge amount. Me and my whole family is going thru a very depressing stage.
I have also written an article about the same and submitted to various news channels (including BBC, CNN, channel 5) to expedite the process.
Please help us. I have attached all the related proofs and documents as below. This is not only spoiling the image of college but of IRELAND as well.
