The parcel was courier to Delhi from dapoli ratnagiri on 06/05 Saturday. Some problem was there from our side so we wanted to stop our courier so we tried to contact there office it was closed by 6:00 PM. NO CONTAC NO WAS PRINTED ON RECIEPT. some how we able to contac frenchisy he told us to Contac chiplun office they told to Contac 8:30 PM at that time chiplun office sorted hole parcels & informed us that the parcel is not here. Again i contac the owner Mr. Prakash Talathi & i told about information provid by chiplun office he told me i have already courier your parcel you have to contac chiplun office by 9:30 PM. again i contac them at chiplun office nobody was answering the phone. Monday morning I send somebody to check at dapoli office he found my parcel on the table.
