I have purchases SCJP voucher from NIIT Aurora Tower Center, pune in April. They gave me receipt for that and told me you can collect your voucher after some days and you will recieve call when voucher is available. voucher is going to expire on Dec.
In July-Aug, when I went in center and asked about voucher they told me that voucher has not come so come later and the same thing I have done several times to collect my voucher as they given me phone number but they never pick up any time so I had to go at NIIT center each time to enquire about my voucher.
At last Dec month has come and they told me the same answer, voucher is still not available. I told them about expiration date of voucher is Dec so first they told me don't worry voucher will be availble after one week so collect it but I went may times NIIT center to collect voucher so that I can give exam before the voucher has expire... again at the last week of dec, they told me voucher is not available either you take refend back or pay extra money to get voucher whose expiration date will be expanded.
I paid extra money to get voucher at Dec and aksed them, I'll pay extra money only if you give me voucher immediately, they told .. ya, sure .. you will get voucher immediately on you email. Again I believed upon them and ready to pay extra money.
Again I have not received any email and waiting to get email of voucher since december, now it's Feb.
They have been cheating me since 1 year around.
