Hi,

I want to give a complaint on D R K Engineering College in Hyderabad.

The administration is acting like monopoly regard less the rules applicable for any labour.

1. There are no sick leaves in this college. we need go for loss of pay if we fell sick.

2. College is providing only 1 leave per month. If we go for more in that month there will be double loss of pay.

3. Only 2 times in a year we can inform about absence over phone.

4. Staff need to attend the college even though its a non working day for students. For Ex: Protests, Bandh, etc.

5. They will not provide the availed transport facility in case of bandh for faculty. Faculty have to come and attend the college on their own transport even it is a holiday for students. If they fail to attend there will be loss of pay.

6. Drinking water contains florine. They dont have proper drinking water.

7. Simply to tell they are not following the rules and regulations given by the University (JNTU).

So many like these...

All these rules were given by the director & chairman of the college.

I dont know what they are thinking of themselves. Management is money bug.
