Could not obtain schiolarship

Dear sir,

i m student of dr. k n m i e t, modinagar, ghaziabad.my scholarship of 1st year is not sent. in 2nd year my scholarship is show on scholsrship.up.nic.in but not sent.

i m obc student. some general and sc student got scholarship of 1st year and 2nd year.no one obc student got scholarship
