I had contacted to Mr Gopal Dwivedi for teaching my Son Mathematics of Class XII. Mr Dwivedi is taking classes of St. Aloces School (as he said). MY purpose was to give Tuition to my Son for 40-45 days during Summer Vacations (from 17 May-30 Jun-10). So When I asked to him that I want to cover 80-90% of maths during this period. He said OK and told me his lumpsum fee will be Rs 6000/- for entire period which will be 100% Advance. Then I requested him to give some relaxation in payment. He agreeed to pay in 2 Installments 1st 50% in 2-3 days and then 50% after 15-20 days.
He also assured that he will give 1.5 Hrs daily (six days in a week) to Home Tuition. First day he came at 8:15 PM and left Home @9:15 PM at the time of going he said that today he is going early but from tomorrow he will come in Noon @2 PM (1st, 3rd & 5th Day) and in Eveninng @8 PM (2nd, 4th &6th day).
Since I am in Job outside Kanpur so I returned there & My Wife along with Son stayed at my Native Home.
After 2 days when we paid him Rs 3000/-, Mr Dviwedi Told my son that he will teach 1 Hr 5 days in a week.
I tried to contact him on phone but he did not pickup Phone. Mr Dwivedi tought 17 to 20=4 days, 23-27=5 days. Total 9 Days only. After that on 28th he said that his Brother is admited in Hospital so he wil not come today. Next day his submission was same but after 2 days when my wife talked to him he said he is not going to teach further more. My wife asked him what about Fee taken 3000/- by you. He said it is adjusted.
When I tried to contact him on phone (Dialed 10-15 calls) he did not pickup my call. Then I did SMS that I will lodge Complaint against him.
HE replied (SMS) that he has taken classes for 2 weeks (15 days) 2 Units completed.
After that He did not moved up.
Kindly advice me what action can be taken against him for doing this faurd.
