Call vcentre attitude

Dear sir,

Today I called your call centre t=and was shocked with the behavour of your loan section lady's attitude. My son is studying in USA and we have opted the loan for his education. The account no. is 13265852. We wnated to know the balace amount and details of how we can repat the loans. the lady rufuse to lsiten to me and aksed to call from si whi is USa to know the details. My wife is not in town and I wanted to convery the information to my son. I was ready to provide all the details about the security reasons but lady was very adment and we were very much hurt with unhelpful nature. Myself and my wife has jount account with HDFc for last 20 years.

Please take this feedback as seriously and see that such things do not happen in future. i do lot of fund transfer etc through your bank only because i was having high regrds for the bank. Due to this incidance we were totally upset ands looking for closing the relation with HDFC bank.
