I had ordered on educational cd form edurite banagalore i received air way bill no form the company on 12.12.2011 i had checked on line it was reflecting that company was closed and hence the parcel was not delivered today on 24th of december when i ringed for the same at there collection office they told that the parcel has gone back due to wrong address
if address is wrong than how they had showed in there software that the company was closed and today the reason mentioned in tracking is something different
previously also when i had orderd for watch from rediffshopping the same thing happened after ringing the watch was delivered to me after long waiting the delivery boy told that we come to shapar only if we have 6to 7 parcels in hand what is the use of such a big name charging high and not delivering in time
