The landline phone worked well from 9th Dec.2009 to 13th Dec.2009. Now it is dead. Reason not known. The Telephone Lineman Mr. Raj Naidu visited yesterday and assured to rectify. We have BSNL broadband connection also through the same phone. Please arrange to rectify urgently. Thanks
