Respected Sir/Madam,
I had given my TOEFL examination conducted by ETS online on 25 October. I was supposed to receive my score card after 4-5 weeks, but till today i have not yet received it. They have dispatched the letter on 6 November. I called them and have made sure that they have dispatched my letter on the mentioned date. The letter after arriving in India through air mail, have been dispatched to me through Indian postal service. But i believe that the letter has been misplaced somehow and so i have not yet received it. Please see to this matter and help me out here because this letter is very important for me to apply for visa.
