Dear sir/madam,
I admitted my daughter Raisha, who is 3 yrs old in a "very reputed" playschool, Eurokids on 13th sept. But after few days only, they were very careless about there resonsibility. On 19th sept when she came from her school, I saw that her diaper was untied from one side and her whole dress from back was tottaly wet due to toilet. When I called in school and asked about it to her mam whose name is Asha she said that floor was wet and she sat on it. Due to that incident my daughter suffered from cold, cough and fever. I dnt know from how much time she was wearing that wet dress that she fell ill. Again then I went to school on 20th of sept to talk with them about the carelessness they did, one of their Aaya met me and I asked to call her class teacher but instead of calling her she started argueing with me, and she had a totally different reason for that incident. She told me that in cab my daughter pored the water from her bottle in dress. But I know that everyone was lying me but than also I thought that its fine. Again on 21st when she came from her school and as I was changing her dress I saw that she was messed with potty in her whole body.when I checked her there was no potty in her panty.than I saw her frock was untidy with potty maybe she had done it in her school and she was not washed properly and for a long time she stayed in this unhygienic situation. Due to that she got infection. Now it was not tolerable for me as a mother so I called the higher authority for my problems. These were not the only problem I was facing due to her school. I also took one side cab facility for which I was told that I will have to pay rs500 (before her admission). Then after her admission they told that cab charge is rs 600 and again after 1 day they were asking about more money.and the cab driver he used to drop my daughter far away from my house, when I asked him he told me that Asha mam has told him.and when I asked her she denied. So for all these problems their euro head Mrs. Pratigya, she came and again convinced us to send my child, but again I didnot get any assurance from her school staff but after seeing their attitude it was clear that they have no guilt about all those thing. One more changing I saw in my daughter was that she was scared of her school and at night also she starts screaming in mid night saying “BACHAO” and shivering in the bed. I thing that she has been punished badly for anything but as I know in playschool its not allowed to punish espcially for potty and toilet. They also don’t know about hygienic environment which is very essential for little child.
Finally I decided not to send her in that school again as I don’t want to take any risk of my child health, I called Mrs. Rashi Goel who has taken the franchisee of mehrauli branch to refund my money. I was talking with her very politely but she started shouting at me and used a very abused language. Now I think that if they are misbehaving with parent then how they would be treating that innocent child. Then I decided to not send her again in that school and I asked the school to refund back my money but they are not willing to refund. My daughter attended that school only for 4 days, so they should return my money.
