He has discovered a new way of earning money by fooling people.
He says he paid for the Licence and you did not come. He is not even bothered to call you and inform. He charges extra Rs. 250 for the Learning Licence and 500 for the Permanent one. This is in addition to the Total fees (Rs.3500). The Biggest Cheater I have ever seen on Earth. Dont know what answer he will give when he is made accountable for his misdeeds in the Hereafter.
If u take admission, please dont give full money to these Cheaters before you get your Licence. Otherwise they will take you for a ride and will demand more money for giving License.
