I would like to complaint about the EXIN who provides ITIL certification, I completed my Exam on dec'10 & still i didn't received my certificate till this date. The address provided is 100% correct.
After providing all the information they asked in their website through contact option, still i'am waiting for the certificate. Also sent an email and they replied with a note "GO for DIGITAL certificate". Why should I go for digital certificate if hard copy is not sent to me. This is really freaky.
They say they Provide Best practices through ITIL which they do not have best practice in sending the certificates mail to the candidates who completed the online Exams successfully. Preparing, giving and qualifying exam is much easier than getting certified with good percentile.
If EXIN can't handle complete requests including dispatching and providing hard copy of certificate within specified time, please shut down EXIN online exams.
