Dear Sir/Madam,
I sent my Master thesis, projects and assignments for IIEE, New Delhi on 25th Jan through First Flight Courier Services Ltd, but still its not delivered yet to the institute. Its been more than 2 weeks. I logged the complaint many times to their customer support but still no reply from them and no update on delivery. Can someone help me. All my Master thesis, projects and assignments has to be delivered by the end of this month (February).
