I sent courier to mettupalayam on 27/8 from chennai. Still the courier (A25307502) not yet delivered. I approached so many times..They are not properly responded. The phone numbers in the website is not correct phone numbers. No one is picking up and responded promptly. I never seen such worst service. It is better to send via post office than Franch expres courier..I donot think there is a proper leadership to take our complaints.
They are not taking responsiblity to track the courier..Madras guys asked to contact Erode guys. Erode guys asked to contact coimbatore guys. It is still going on..
We should not send any letter by this courier in future
