Sir, prior to this I had submitted the form No. 13 for the transfer of PF from A/c No.- MH / NSK / 50441 / 174 to A/c No.- MH / NSK / 50320 / 458 in October. Accordingly form was sent to The Principal Gangamai College of Engineering, Nagaon for submitting break in service statement from your office vide letter No. MH/50441/174/BN/UKSHEKA/IX/Nasik/2750 Dated- 29th December and copy of same is sent to me.
