I want to file a complaint against a fraud coaching centre opened by CA Dhruv Agarwal in Lakshmi Nagar Delhi named as “Global Academy of Professionals”. I started my ICWA through postal program and went to Lakshmi Nagar to search a weekend coaching. To see the big banners in the outside of this fraudulent institute I visited their and inquire about the coaching. I met CA Dhruv Agarwal there where fraudulently he taken me in the confidence that he would give me the best coaching for my course. Next week I went their and given a cheque amounting to 11800.00 for two subjects (Financial accounting and Direct taxation) to Dhruv Agarwal. 2 days he taught me in the classroom and with in 2-3 days my cheque was cleared. From the next classes onward, Dhruv Agarwal removed his interest from my course. He called me there and allowed to sit for 2-3 ours without teaching. I continue to wait and thought he would start teaching me. Around 2 months passed and only 4-5 classes he had given to me without teaching. A day I got frustrated as I was spending my efforts, time and money. I requested him to refund the money after deducting his fee but he denied and started fighting and abusing. Hecalled me to go away from his coaching centre. I was disappointed and requested many times to that guy to refund my money in many ways but every time he denied insulting me. Even he said that he would charge further Rs.20000 as I was wasting his time. I call police. PCR had come. I explained all the situations to them. PCR tried to help me but he lied that he has completed my course even it was not more than 5-10%. I could taken the case further but since I was working so I thought not to waste further time with such a THUG.
I taken the views of many other students those were mischief by Dhruv Agarwal. They also were very disappointed and harmed from this guy.
This is a kind of the cancer for which the remedies are very difficult therefore this is my message to all the students looking for the coaching for CA, ICWA, CA, please be aware from Dhruv Agarwal and such peoples.
