Global Classroom Pvt Ltd (From the family of CMS School Lucknow)
Clearance Of salary of Nov & Dec And forced to resign with out notice period

Please help in getting my salary fron Ms Global Classroom Pvt Ltd an company From the family of World Famous School CMS School Lucknow, the director Dr Sunita gandhi Daughter of Mr Gadish Gandhi, is a very Cheat person and she is mis using the name of CMS she and her company have nothing to do with CMS, i was working as a Marketing Manager of The company from 11th june and use to travel 22 to 25 days a month for Dr sunita.

But some time back she starting slaming for silly things and suddenly on 31st dec she forcely fuly made me resign the job and now she is not releasing my salary of nov and dec and still blaming me for silly reasons and not releasing my salary . i have appointment of that company, in which it is clearly mentioned that my salary is not related to performance, but she it not giving any imprtance to that letter, and have said openly that no body can help me in getting my salary from her, as CMS is behind her.

Please tell me is CMS is above law and ordert of india,

Sir / Ma'am I ahve a family to take care of, my father is retired and remains ill, please try to under stand my problem and help me.
