Now a days collection of unauthorised fines has become a source of income for some of the institutes and they try to collect huge fines on various matters the same which is going on in GURU GOBIND SINGH INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT STUDIES, YAMUNANAGAR .
I have a monthly income of Rs. 5000 per month but I want to make my child educated for their bright future but these institutes ignoring these conditions, threatening my child to deposit a fine in thousands unless they will not be allowed to sit in the exams so I am a victim of this institute so please help me and the parents like me.
