Sir/Madam,
I have narrated below my experience about one of your centres for hair designing training where my daughter was getting training:-
Initially attractive but disappointing later. In spite of my time to time contact I was not given correct feedback about my daughter's performance who was doing basic hair designing course.
I had made it clear about the continuing for advanced course only if she would be performing as per your staff. I was given the impression that she is picking up but after payment and completing the course she was found as not grasped. Subsequent to my queries on the same I was given the excuses that she was not capable.
I can accept the same but when I wanted to decide whether to make payment for advance course or not, I was given the positive feedback and in next one month all the negative points were narrated to me. I know that fees for basic course was my trial and loss to me and I have to bear but that for advanced course was purely because of misguiding.
I am sorry to say that I am having a feeling of getting cheated. Your institute is world renowned but expected ethics was not experienced by me. It was the period March to July in Mulund East. I have lost money as well as time and my daughter has lost confidence in herself. I expect you to consider the case and kindly refund the requisite fees as she is neither having desired competence nor the certificate.
