Dear sir/ma'am,

I am an avid RD reader and had subscribed for "HOW TO WRITE & SPEAK BETTER" on VVP and had received the same on payment on delivery. But its unfortunate to let you know that to my surprise, I had received due payment reminder from your end - outstanding value of Rs.700.00/- I don't understand how can you send me due bill when I had bought the book on VVP??? Pls. check at your end & clarify as am greatly disturbed.
