Didn't get my final degree certificate

I have applied for my final degree certificate of BMIT course 2 years before. My enrollment number is IASEDU/PU/05/01/20263 and my file number is 4146 (which they have). They receieved all applied documents on 15/10. But till now i am not get my certificate.
