A/c debited but registration no not recieved

I have filled online application form for my friend priyanka ankamwar by paying through my online banking facility by SBI. my a/c has been debited by 357.73 but i ddnt recieved any registration no. kindly suggest me the next step tomrecover my money from this institute. my email id [email protected]
