I had taken admiission in ica shine at preet vihar centre in B.sc in july I was promised many things such as books, laptop during the admission. But after the admission nothing was gven. In the mid of september centre was closed due to some reason and centre was shifted to south Ex new delhi . once again they promised to give DTC bus pass for the whole course. But till october 15 nothing was given . south ex centre was very far from my residence and it takes four our to travel inspite of that i compromised but again they cheated and wasted my time. So how a student can continue his degree programme from this institution and make up his mind again and again.so i want refund of my total paid fees and compensation for wasting golden year of my career.
