Not receiving grade card and certificate of BDP program/graduation

Dear sir,

I the student of IGNOU as i have completed my graduation in theyear 2007 & according to the university result on internet i have cleared all my subjects within the course period but still i have not received my final grade card & certificate in my hand. I have completed my course through K.T.H.M college, nasik, Maharashtra. my name is Munira. E.Ganjifrockwala, my enrollment number is 010643435, my program name was BDP, my centre was k.T.H.M college nasik.

Please do the -needful for me as i have been stuck up due to this for my promoions as i am working in reputed school in nasik.
