Not getting any mail or message of rescheduled exam date

I was choosen an option of exam date 29-11-09 for cat online exam, but unfortuntely due to server problem i could not be appear in exam on that day.in later by rescheduling date was declared i.e 7-12 -09

but i could not get any mail or mesaage.
