Do not pass scholarship money

Sir,

I am a student of iimt engg. college, meerut (127) and i have filled form of scholarship of samaj kalyan in 2010. My name is declared on www.scholarship.up.nic.in but college said, " your schplarship is not come. But some of the student collect their scholarship by giving half of the scholarship money.

I request you to take possible action.
