I am a student of IIPM Noida enrolled in September. IIPM, (Indian Institute Of Planning and Management) which is already surrounded by controversies and lots of scams are reported on the net about it like iipmscam.com is now threatening students to rusticate them without even refunding their fees if they even quarrel with their staff members.
I am enrolled for Gulbarga University (Karnataka) UGC recognized MBA degree which IIPM is affiliated with. I submitted the documents and also done online registration for Gulbarga University.
1.) Few days ago, we reported to the faculty member about that we have not got our laptops for which we were promised for 4 months even after giving fees. We gave this application in writing. The female faculty member said that such incident of reporting can lead to rustication of students without refunding their fees.
2.) There were few pranks reported in the campus of modifying pictures of faculty members. The same female faculty member 'randomly' just on the bases of intuition and looking at students expressions and reactions (by face-reading) declared them as 'culprits' of that prank. she again threatened the same students to be rusticated without refunding their fees.
Before joining IIPM, we did sign a long stamp paper agreement. It was lengthy and we were told to read or do whatever but submit it then and there only.
1.) Can IIPM rusticate any student as it wishes without refunding fees, damages or interest?
2.) If it is mentioned in the stamp paper that rustication can be done without giving any reason and refunding fees, or something similar to that, will that be accepted provided I signed the agreement?
3.) The fact that I am enrolled for Gulbarga University which IIPM is affiliated with, does IIPM have independant powers to rusticate me without refunding my fees?
