Hang & only read key working

I am sorry that i have purchased a handset nokia make model - 5130 Express music.

The instrument started causing problem within a period of 1 month of its purchase or so in such a way that it automatically gets hang, when I visited service centre in 10th dec they gave me JOB SHEET...& say 25 days latter, you contact us!!!
