For rufund of fees

Sir, i had taken admission in the institute (IIAE-NEW DELHI-110037) on

10/06/10 but the institute called us to join on 02/08.I have left the

institute on 13/11. There are so many reasons for it. But the main

reason is that "the teachers who are in prospectus does not teach

us. Students of final year teaches the first and second year

students. Which is totally cheating. THEY ARE PLAYING WITH THE STUDENTS

FUTURE.THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE THINGS WHICH IS IN PROSPECTUS.i gave them many application for refund my fees due to their bad managment and infrastructure.but they refused to grant it.i want an avidense that on which date i have left the institute.so when i wrote an application to the institute for left the institute and for refund my fees due to do study from anther institute then they grant it on 13/11/10.

I gave them fees as

97200 (inst fees) 69000 (hostel fees for one year)

.I want my total institute fees and unutilized hostel fees. I have

already send a legal notice but they refused to return.

Please help ME
