Late in getting the passport

I applied for passport on 14-10.My file no: is LKOA17392410 and My police verification was completed on 10-12 .But still in website the status has shown as my police verification report has not been received by us yet. I contacted to police station but they told that from their side everything got cleared. So can you please help me.
