Hi sir this this santosh kr thakur from lucknow. I have sended uptu admission form to my younger brother on 20 -02. my recipt number is SP EU948414071IN which should reach to my brother in a week time but it has been 12 days even though it has not reached it destination. Hoping a quick and positive responce from ur side.
