Not getting updated marks on Ignou Gradecard/Result

Myself Dipal shah, Enrollment no -100007976,

student of IGNOU BCA course, Distance learning course, study centre SURAT

i m studing in 4th. semester, subject of 1st. semester CS-610 whose assignment marks i got 19 out of 25 (its more than 40%)

& its passed by rule, but still my result showing Course not completed status

since last 1 year i m applying for Non reflection of assignment marks & submit all necessary documents at study center as well as regional center (ahmedabad) but not getting any Updation in marks.

sameway i have applied practical exam for CS-63 of 3rd. semester, supllimentary also i checked at my study center n my record too

then also its not showing my marks for practical exam of CS-63

please do need full & help me to Updte my result, i have post & submitted all documents 3 times but not getting UPDATED result/Gradecard

i m waiting since lats 1 year... please do need full
