I, J.Amsaveni completed M.Phil in the year 2008 at Vinayaka Mission University at Salem. Register No.602053070579, I applied for convation certificate by paying DD in the month of Jan. I met personally concerned section two times and phoning but no action so far. I never seen such type of irresponsible answers from such university. Kindly do the needful.
