Yet not recieved Diploma Certificate of D'Pharmacy

I have completed my diploma in pharmacy in the year march. I had submitted required documents with training form to receive diploma certificate in September. At the time of submission they haven't gave me any receipt. Since then i have asked many times through phone and also to my college which at Bidar naming Basveshwar College of Pharmacy, dist. Bidar State karnataka. My registration number is J816028.

I have repeatedly contacted to college and board but each time i got answer as wait.
