Principal didnt let me ente

I m a student of class x.on 25 th January i went to school but reached late by about 3 minutes.the school authorities asked me why i reached late i told them that my bicycle broke down halfway and i have to return home and again come with my father in the car.due to these reasons i couldnt come at proper time.i also told them this type of incident never happened with me as it was for the first time and i also told them that it will also be my last time.i promised to them that i will never do this thing again.on that day i also had my oral exam and i plead to them to let me enter but still they refused.so please take necessary actions.i know each schools has their own rules but they should have some exceptions.(school: kendriya vidyalaya ongc colony sivasgar assam).
