My son joined in Kottayam Institute of Technology & science in Mngt.quote and paid an amount of Rs.176250/- towards Tuition fee, hostel, books & Uniform, deveopment fund. He got admission locally in merit quota as per the entrance exam done by mohammed committee and joined. I give complaint to the Kerala Chief Minister and also Mohammed committee. Even though they agreed to pay some part of the amount (60, 000) they are not released any amount and the mohammed committe now ordered to refund Rs.171000/- with in 10 days.ie before Aug.8th. College authorities are not reday to attend in the court even repeated reminders. What is next. Pl help me
