Etun of fee

Hello sir i am nishant verma and i am doing job in govt. sector. I had studied in K.M.Govt. P.G. college. and they had taken fees more than actual fees. I am doing govt. job that is why i can't take my extra fees from my college. when i went to my college they told to me that this procedure will take one month. and now they told me that he had returned the fees on college acoount . and that is why i am facing the problems . the amount is 1800 rupees . so please help me for this money
