It is kindly to informed you that I "ISHAN GOSWAMI" student of B.Tech. of LORD KRISHNA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERIMG, GHAZIABAD has not yet got the scholarship amount of Rs. 46000 of 2nd year which the up scholarship website "www.scholarship.up.nic.in" is showing though i have received my 1st year and 3rd year scholarship. but 2nd year scholarship is not received yet. My college is just ignoring to give attention to it. please sir do something because i am from a very poor family and facing the problem to pay my fees.
