I didn't get PG Degree certificate

Respected sir,

I have paid a fee of Rs 1000/- for my convocation, but still I haven't received my PG Degree certificate.

My Enrolment Number is A5A5170491. My name is B.RAJASHREE . My course is M.Com (Group A). Two DD I have sent at two time Rs 800/- Rs 200/-. Please sent my certificate now itself as I have to apply for the job.
