Cheating in the name of flexi mode education

Dear sir

i had taken admission to magnus shool of business for the course of MBA under ICFAI University Tripura in fleximode.when we asked to the college about flexi mode, they replyed us that flexi mode means that university is operating in diffurent state so it is flexi mode. it is full time regular mode MBA course.

But today we understood that it is distanse course and university does not have any right to give any distanse digree also.what should we do as this college has cheated us and has closed his centre from pune.

we are students of 200 batch from pune,

please advise us what to do.
