Sir,
i am faculty of maharishi arvind college of engg and technology, ranpur, kota (rajsthan).
i have done my b tech in 2010 by owners .n currently i am faculty in this college, i have a compail about the management of this college, faculty requirement is almost double then number of faculties working in this college, no facilities for faculties, no proper labs.everything is in the air.
my salary is also 9, 000 per month that is also not according to the aicte norms.
this college affiliated to Rajasthan Technical university, kota.and according to RTU they paid us salary according to aicte norms.
we all faculties are fed up of doing so much presure of everything, even though we all have to pressurize to give more marks to student then it actually comes in midterms.if you really want to check then please open up all the copies of that midterms exam, even the student have not present in final practical exam and they go 90% marks without attend any of the labs, no practical performance.
the head of exam committee in RAJASTHAN TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY Mr. anil k mathur (Controller of examination, RTU kota) was the principal of this college for 2-3 years so this man would hepl him to do so.and the directore of maharishi arvind colleg also said that "app logo ko bachcho ko number dne padenge and agar Rajasthan technical university me copies check hoti h to penalties main bharunga 1 lakh 2 lakh doesnt matter".
the director also write a circular to all the faculties that no student have marks less then 90% in midterms n practical... if any faculty have any problem they leave our college and join another one.
we all fed up of doing work like a mil majdoor. because they were treats us like a mil majdoor,
.all online marks submission done by faculties
.admit card distribution
.tpo department paper work
.exam section also having technical faculty
.exam form fee collection also done by faculty
we are trying to complain to our university .but they have settle all the people over their which are in power to do something.
