Not refunding hostel fee

I studied MCA in the year of 2010 in Mahedra Engineering College, Mallasamudram, Thiruchengode -po, Namakkal (Dt), TamilNadu.

While i joining they collected the amount of Rs.3000 as a deposit (Refundable).

But still they are not refunding the amount. They not yet refund the amount for our previous batch itself.

Any time if we ask means they are telling the same story like we will give within 1 month for last 2 years.
